Tenant Introduction Service
The Tenant Introduction Service is provided for Landlords who require help in marketing their property and want to find the appropriate Tenants by means of a full credit and reference check, but would like to manage the property themselves once the new Tenants have moved in.

- Visit and provide a rental valuation of the Property
- Prepare a full property brochure
- Market your Property using major websites and other market information
- Manage and accompany all viewings
- Negotiate with prospective Tenants to maximise your rental income
- Use a reputable credit referencing agency to reference the Tenants
- Prepare a comprehensive Tenancy Agreement setting out the rights and obligations of both parties including any special Terms that have been agreed
- Arrange a full Inventory to be prepared, which is essential for the proper conduct of your Property
- Provide a full check in service for the Tenant to include a welcome pack which will contain appropriate information about the Property
- Notify the utility companies and the local authority when the Tenant occupies your Property
- Collect the first month's Rent together with the Deposit
- Pay your rent over to you electronically
- Hold the 1 months rental Deposit paid by the Tenant
- Register the details of the Deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
